On 31st January 2022, the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) was consolidated into the IFRS Foundation to support the work of the newly established International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). While this site and its resources remain relevant for preparers looking to improve sustainability disclosure until such time as the ISSB issues its IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards on such topics, no further work or guidance will be produced or published by CDSB. CDSB to hold side event at COP 15

The event will be chaired by Michael Izza, Chief Executive of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Pavan Sukhdev, Study Leader for the G8+5 commissioned report on The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB) and Special Advisor & Head of UNEP's Green Economy Initiative will deliver a key note speech.

Members of the CDSB Board and leading experts from the accounting profession will present highlights from the public consultation on CDSB's draft Reporting Framework released at the World Business Summit on Climate Change in May 2009. A panel representing the CDSB Board, business and the science community will discuss opportunites for, and barriers to, more standardised reporting of climate change-related information connected to mainstream financial reports.
